About the Academy

Founded by Ding Junhui and led by Academy Director Feng Wei and Academy Manager Lucky Vatnani, the Ding Junhui Snooker Academy is one of the world's premier high-performance snooker training centres. Based in Sheffield, the academy provides a professional environment where elite players, rising professionals and talented juniors train together in pursuit of excellence.

Our mission is to develop champions, inspire future generations and contribute to the global growth of snooker. In 2026, academy player Wu Yize became the academy's first World Champion, a milestone that reflects the academy's commitment to elite player development and international excellence.
